Ralph M. Riggs Administration Building

Evangel University selected the team of Sapp Design Associates and Olsson Associates to complete the design of its new Ralph M. Riggs Administration building. The new three-level building is a 69,000-squarefoot facility that is scheduled for completion in January 2009. Site preparation began this summer. The administration building will contain the offices for the president, vice presidents, and their administrative support staff. The building will also house the Heritage Room, which will be the largest single room in the building. It is designed to hold 60 people in a lecture style setting and 100 people in a reception style setting.
