Olsson Associates is pleased to announce new leadership for its Holdrege office.
Doug Stevenson will lead Olsson's Holdrege office operations and Jess Hurlbert will take on a new role and manage the office's design group. The office's former leader, Mike Milius, has accepted another position within the firm and will lead municipal and water/wastewater efforts for Olsson's Kansas City office.
"While it was a difficult decision for me to leave the Holdrege office, I'm leaving our clients and our projects in very capable hands," Milius said.
Stevenson will serve as group leader for the office and handle daily operations. Hurlbert will continue to supervise the municipal group and take on additional responsibilities.
"Doug and Jess both have reputations for providing quality work and building strong relationships with our clients--their leadership will be an asset for our clients, project partners, and employees," Milius said.
Stevenson joined Olsson Associates in 2008 when his firm, Stevenson Land Surveying, was acquired by Olsson. Stevenson started his company in 2002 and provided a full range of surveying services throughout outstate Nebraska. He has 25 years of survey experience and has served as the county surveyor for Custer County since 2003.
